Mr. Whitley-Sebti received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2013 as a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient and was a member of the distinguished Tulane Law Clinic, defending the rights of indigent clients in New Orleans. While in law school, Mr. Whitley-Sebti clerked in Orleans Parish District Court; worked for the Foundation of Louisiana; and volunteered with Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center (formerly the Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center) and the A.C.L.U. of Louisiana. Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Whitley-Sebti worked with legendary civil rights attorney Samuel S. Dalton in Jefferson Parish.
Mr. Whitley-Sebti is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
Prior to studying law, Mr. Whitley-Sebti studied music and made ends meet as a piano player. You can still find him playing BAM around New Orleans from time to time, most commonly with New Orleans High Society.
